Mixed reports: several guests praise cleanliness, but multiple strong negative reports (stained upholstery, dirty carpet, persistent bathroom odor, and a bedbug incident) lower the score.

Very strong service overall: multiple mentions of helpful, compassionate and proactive staff (notably a front-desk agent who arranged early check-in); one isolated complaint about bad service but overwhelmingly positive comments justify a high score.
